Marketing & Sales
We have a skilled team of FMCG & healthcare Marketing specialists that builds strong brands through creative & research led strategies. Out-of-the-box marketing communication is created for new product development, retail visual merchandising and commercial management.
Through our years of experience we established a sales team with global relationships across pharmacy and healthcare channels. With dedicated attention we are in close contact with the main players in The Netherlands and we have a team of globally active Key Account Managers covering pharmacy, drugstore and other channels.
Regulatory & Quality
TheOTCLab Quality Management System has been ISO 13485:2016 certified and quality systems are in place for the development, procurement, packaging, release for supply, marketing and sales of non-prescription medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements.
Regulatory and quality assurance activities are managed in-house to ensure our products are compliant with the European regulatory and technical requirements. Research & Development
We only work with evidence-based products and use clinical evidence and research studies to evaluate and develop new product innovations. We collaborate with scientists, brand owners, contract manufacturers and formulators to develop and launch new products on the market.
Production & Warehousing
Our company offers a chain and warehousing team which manages forecasting, inventory planning, packing, distribution and exportation. We have large warehouse facilities with controlled environments, distribution facilities and barcode printing facilities.
